Q: What has happened? A: Today Microsoft has announced their net profit for the first calendar quarter of 2011. Their net profit was $5.23 billion. Q: So? A: Well, that is $760 million dollars less than Apple's $5.99 billion net profit over the same period.  It is the first time that Apple has surpassed Microsofts profit. Q: Wauw! But...we knew this already or not? A: For those keeping track, first Apple has surpassed Microsoft in market capitalization. And that is not real money, it is just a number wnext could get in your pocket. A profit number is real money what you have in your pocket!
