What you need:

  1. ZenFone 2 Laser ZE500KL unlock bootloader (tutorial)
  2. Twrp Recovery img (Download Twrp2.8.7.7 | Download Twrp 3.0.2-0 )
  3. ADB Fastboot (Download)

How to Install TWRP for ZenFone 2 Laser ZE500KL Marshmallow:

  1. Make sure your zenfone 2 laser bootloader unlocked
  2. download and install adb fastboot
  3. Download twrp.img above
  4. Turn off zenfone
  5. Enter fastboot mode by pressing Power+volume up
  6. Connect ZenFone with PC/Laptop with usb cable
  7. On twrp folder open cmd by (shift+right click > open command here)
  8. Type on cmd:
    9. fastboot flash recovery twrp_2.8.7.7.img
  9. Make sure Reboot to recovery by pressing Power+volume down otherwise at normal reboot will back to stock recovery

How to Unlock Bootloader ZenFone 2 Laser ZE500KL Marshmallow:

  1. Download and install ADB Fastboot
  2. Download Twrp.img and unlockBL.zip above
  3. Copy and Paste UnlockBL.zip to Zenfone 2laser memory
  4. Enter fastboot mode by turn off zenfone and press power+volume up
  5. At Twrp 2.8.7.7.img folder open cmd by pressing shift+right click > open command here
  6. Type at cmd:
    7. fastboot boot twrp_2.8.7.7.img
  7. Flash UnlockBL.zip via twrp recovery
  8. Reboot
  9. Done

How to Upgrade ASUS ZenWatch 2 to Marshmallow:

  1. Download ADB and Install it
  2. Download Android M OTA file based on your ZenWatch variant and rename it to marshmallow.zip
  3. Turn on Developer Option on ZenWatch (Settings and tap build number 7x if your developer options not visible)
  4. Turn on USB Debugging on Developer Options
  5. Turn Off ZenWatch
  6. Enter Recovery mode on ZenWatch by Turn On zenwatch then if ASUS logo appear swipe from right top corner to left down corner
  7. Connect ZenWatch with Laptop/Computer with magnetic cable
  8. Select "apply update from ADB" by swipe up/down and right button to choose
  9. You will enter this:
  10. At ZenWatch 2 Android 6.0 .zip File folder Press shift+right click > open command here
  11. Command prompt will show and type adb devices and see if your zenwatch 2 connected properly or not (Serial Number will pop up)
  12. If connected properly then flash the .zip file by typing adb sideload marshmallow.zip and wait until finish and reboot, Done.
  13. Your ZenWatch now running Android 6.0 with more features!

How to Install:
  1. Install ADB on your Computer (download)
  2. Enable USB Debugging on Your ZenFone 2 Laser (Settings>Developer Options)
  3. Copy and Install Unlock Bootloader apk on Your Zenfone and run it
  4. Copy TWRP recovery.img based on your device
  5. Connect your ZenFone 2 Laser with your computer
  6. At TWRP recovery img folder Press shift+right click>open command here
  7. Check if device connected properly type on command prompt (will show serial number if connected properly) :
    8. adb devices
  8. If connected properly type these command in sequence (enter after each line):
    9. adb reboot bootloader
    fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
    fastboot oem reboot -recovery
  9. Wait for the device restart and entered the recovery 
  10. Done
